Hazem Al Mousli
Director of Projects
He has over 15 years of design and project management in the UAE. Hazem has worked on a wide range of projects including large residential communities, mixed-use towers, commercial spaces, and prestigious palaces.
Hazem has an engineering background with a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Engineering System Management, with a concentration in Construction Management, both done with distinction in the American University of Sharjah.
Hazem joined Pioneer Engineer Engineering Consultants in 2009 where he started as a structural engineer. He has the experience in the coordination between the architectural, structural, and MEP design, which led him, with his academic knowledge, to lead the design management process in all stages of projects, ranging from project feasibility to design, stakeholder management, tender, construction, and handover.
Hazem has a publication and mentions in the professional “Journal of Architectural Engineering and Design Management” with a title of “Assessment of the design-construction interface problems in the UAE” which was published in May 2016.
