Irina Hotkevica
Landscape Architect
Irina is a Landscape architect (CMLI) with a passion for creating high quality outdoor spaces with the focus on sustainability, climate resilience, bioclimatic control and biodiversity enhancement.
She completed her Master Studies in the Wageningen University in the Netherlands with particular focus on sustainability and climate change adaptation methods.
During her 10+ years of experience she was mainly focused on design and construction of large public areas in urban places such as shopping malls, university and business headquarters, residential and mixed-used developments and city parks. She has been involved in all the project stages from the inception till the construction and she is mostly recognised for her particular attention to the details and problem-solving exercises.
The geography of her projects includes UK, Middle East, Europe, Russia, South-East Asia and South America. She has an incredible multicultural and interdisciplinary project experience throughout her professional life.
She believes in good quality local context design, that is respectful to the nature and responsive to the community needs. She is keen in utilising state of the art technologies to enable and support the design process throughout all its stages.
