Stasia is a highly skilled BIM Co-ordinator with over 13 years of experience, specialising in residential, commercial, and masterplan projects across the Middle East.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a keen ability to utilise creative and strategic approaches to overcome complex design challenges through collaborative problem-solving. Recognising the growing importance of BIM, Stasia pursued an MSc in Building Information Management at the University of Portsmouth, enhancing her ability to create smarter and more resilient environments. She has significant expertise in managing and implementing BIM workflows from early design development to construction documentation. Driving project efficiency and accuracy, Stasia expertly manages BIM workflows, co-ordinates multidisciplinary models and enforces standards.
Her project portfolio includes significant projects for high-end clients including Meraas, EMAAR Properties, Majid Al Futtaim Properties. Her MSc in Building Information Management empowers her to implement cutting-edge BIM solutions, leading to optimised project outcomes and enhanced collaboration.
