Tony Kettle and his team were commissioned by Forth Ports to lead the design team for the creation of a 20-year development framework which will set the pattern of development in Leith Docks. Potentially on one of the most significant brownfield regeneration sites in the UK, the framework has the capacity to deliver a mixed, balanced and inclusive waterfront community.
