Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai
The 22-storey tower is located in the emerging coastal district of Western Dubai, amid the stunning backdrop of the Palm Jumeirah. The approach to facade design is inspired by the idea of cascading waterfalls and the shimmering iridescence of the Arabian Gulf.

Reflective vertical fins follow the curvature of western façade line to evoke ripples of a wave. Translucent glass boxes add a rich texture of aqua flecks and serve to frame the vistas. The fins wrap the tower to form an effective solar shading device for both low morning/ evening and high mid-day sun.
The north elevation boasts a dramatic and spectacular cascading waterfall element. Undulating vertical fins rise and fall from the facade line to create a visually arresting impression of elegant pools of water.
