A meandering green wadi landscape branches out from the water feature, and circles the masterplan, acting as a pedestrian connection around the site. The west of the site will feature a resort with a 5 star hotel and villas, and will take advantage of breathtaking sunset views. A panoramic restaurant and sales pavilion sits at the south-west corner of the site, and is connected back to the centre of the site via the green wadi, and a variety of activity park spaces. The south cliff edge will feature luxury villas, which take advantage of sea views. To the north of the site, the souq will provide a variety of retail and F&B destinations, as well as a cinema. Surrounding the inner circular road will feature a mixture of villas, townhouses, apartments, and branded apartments.
