The Terrace Apartments has a goal of giving a private garden to all occupants, through the use of stacked/ terraced units, within a rich landscaped green setting.

The development aspires to creating green garden terraces for each apartment, rather than the plain unused balconies, as is the norm in Dubai.

The Terrace Apartments are medium rise G+10, urban in quality and have a few large terraces for shared use or for private use by larger apartments, with the remainder of units having smaller cantilevered balconies. Budget constraints have reduced the extent of the planting and irrigation on the balconies, and fixed planters for trees are replaced with moveable planters for shrubs.
