Tinja Hotel

The Tinja hotel was designed as a luxury hotel complex for a beautiful seaside location in Morocco. The form of the building is derived from traditional Moroccan architecture with colonnades of rich ornament but in a contemporary form, with glass clerestoreys protected by contemporary geometrical mashrabiya.

The long seafront facade of the building is articulated into a series of garden spaces with ornamental pools leading out to the sea view.

A formal garden leads from the central foyer and restaurant facilities to access the beach dunes. A colonnaded garden walkway provides the main access through the hotel to the main public functions of the hotel including a leisure club and protected swimming pool courtyard.
