Anne is a dedicated Accountant and Contract Administrator with extensive experience in auditing, taxation, and accounting across the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, and the UAE. Her career began in 2018 at her family’s architecture firm in the Philippines, where she worked closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. This early exposure provided her with deep insights into the intricacies of architectural projects, strengthening her ability to draft contracts that clearly define scope, timelines, and responsibilities while ensuring compliance with legal standards and project requirements.
Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at Kettle Collective in Dubai, Anne oversees project progress, manages change orders, and maintains meticulous records of contract-related documentation. She also handles key accounting functions including reconciliation, payments, invoicing, purchase orders, reimbursements, and cash flow management.
Anne holds a double degree in Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology and Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Holy Angel University in the Philippines. She is a certified member of the Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants. Her proficiency in accounting software such as SAP Business One, Xero, Hubdoc, CMAP, QuickBooks, and MS Excel allows her to deliver accurate, efficient, and reliable financial services.
