The masterplan divides the site into five distinct typologies: Hillside, Hilltop, Beach, Harbour and Oasis.
The different areas provide a vast array of unique opportunities and activities, all complimented by appropriate architectural proposals, ranging from traditional to contemporary styles. These qualities, along with the project’s organic atmosphere and layout, culminate into a truly dynamic living environment.
