Kettle Collective is pleased to announce the promotion of Didem Sahin to Design Director, recognising the impact she has made since joining the practice and her contribution to strengthening design excellence across its growing international business.

Based in Kettle Collective's London studio, Didem has quickly established herself as a key member of the team. She has played a leading role in complex international projects, while championing closer collaboration between design and technical delivery. In her new role, she will continue to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive design excellence and support the continued growth of the practice.

Didem brings extensive international experience across concept design, technical delivery and project leadership. Before joining Kettle Collective, she spent five years at Zaha Hadid Architects, where she built expertise in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects, following her studies at the Architectural Association's Design Research Laboratory in London.

Colin Bone, Chief Executive Officer at Kettle Collective, said:

"Our London studio has grown significantly over the past two years, and Didem's promotion reflects both the strength of that growth and the calibre of people helping to shape its future. Since joining the practice, she has made an immediate impact through her design leadership, technical expertise and collaborative approach, earning the respect of colleagues across our international studios. As Design Director, I have every confidence she will continue to strengthen our London team while supporting the delivery of exceptional projects across our global business."

Commenting on her appointment, Didem said:

"I'm honoured to take on the role of Design Director and grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with Kettle Collective. What excites me most is being part of the practice's ambition to expand its international portfolio while helping shape a collaborative design culture within the London studio and across our global teams. I look forward to continuing to deliver exceptional projects, supporting my colleagues and contributing to the next chapter of the practice's growth."
