Colin Foster
Design Director
Colin Foster is a Design Director at Kettle Collective. He has considerable and broad international design experience, with significant expertise in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects of various scales across Asia, the UK, and the Middle East.
In 1983, Colin joined Foster + Partners where he spent a total of 18 years, first working in their Hong Kong Office, and then later, as a Partner in their London office. With over 25 years of international architectural experience to draw from, Colin brings rich knowledge from some of the world's most respected architecture practices to the Kettle Collective team.
Colin's speciality is the delivery and design of multidisciplinary projects including mixed-use developments and office spaces, as well as complex developments for the cultural and aviation sectors. He embraces performance-driven design, and is particularly motivated by his ongoing desire to solve key sustainability issues.
While Colin is highly-skilled at managing large-scale projects, he is most inspired by the resolution of intricate architectural details, which he believes are fundamental to the success of every design project.
