Developed by Aldar with interiors by Kettle Collective, The Row Saadiyat is the latest landmark in Saadiyat’s Cultural District. The project offers 315 refined one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, each enjoying front-row views of the district’s architectural icons.

Comprising seven mid-rise buildings, each rising nine floors above two levels of parking, The Row Saadiyat embodies a harmonious dialogue between design, community, and place.

Under the creative direction of Marta Grosoli, Kettle Collective’s Interior Design team envisioned a sensory journey, one that guides residents from shared spaces of connection to tranquil private sanctuaries. The design strikes a delicate balance between functionality and emotion: amenities form the communal heart, while the residences become the quiet breath.

The shared spaces, from the lobbies and kids’ areas to the wellness zones, retail units, and Pillar Wellbeing’s state-of-the-art gym, are crafted to invite calm, focus, and intention. Each element encourages a deeper engagement with the senses, creating an environment that feels both grounded and elevated.

Inside the homes, residents discover spatial sanctuaries designed for ritual, reflection, and renewal. Every detail, from materiality to lighting, evokes a sense of warmth and elegance, transforming daily living into an experience of craftsmanship, comfort, and care.

Framed by the sculptural fins of the Zayed National Museum by Foster + Partners, and within walking distance of Louvre Abu Dhabi, Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, The Row Saadiyat is truly at the heart of the island’s cultural soul.
