She specialises in pre-contract and post-contract BIM execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes through efficient workflows and seamless collaboration among stakeholders.
With a background in Civil Engineering from the American University of Sharjah and a specialisation in Water Engineering, Sireena has developed a deep understanding of BIM processes, digital transformation, and their applications across various project stages. She is skilled in using software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, Revizto 5, and Power BI to optimise project co-ordination and model accuracy.
Throughout her career, she has successfully led BIM teams, implemented structured BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), and enforced standards to enhance project efficiency. Her expertise includes clash detection, model health reporting, and interoperability between disciplines, ensuring seamless coordination across architectural, structural, landscape, and MEP elements.
