Berend is a Landscape Architect who recently joined Kettle Collective’s Edinburgh office from Vancouver, Canada. He has worked as a designer and project lead on luxury residential and hospitality landscapes in Canada, the United States, and abroad. Specialising in bespoke details and construction administration, he brings a keen eye and passion for responsive design and its implementation.
Berend is a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s school of Architecture and Landscape Architecture where he was awarded Master of Landscape Architecture and received distinction for Design Excellence on his graduate project, Fields of Play. He also holds a Bachelor of Communication and Visual Studies from the University of Calgary.
