Laurent Achkar is an Associate Landscape Architect with thirteen years of experience delivering complex, high-profile landscape projects across the Middle East and Europe. Based in Dubai, he has led and contributed to projects from concept through to construction, combining strong design sensibility with technical expertise and a thorough understanding of project delivery. His role consistently involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful translation of design intent into built reality.
Throughout his career, Laurent has collaborated with internationally renowned firms such as Zaha Hadid Architects, Ateliers Jean Nouvel, and Foster + Partners, contributing to landmark projects including House of Wisdom, Aquarabia Qiddiya City, and Bee’ah Headquarters. His expertise spans design development, technical detailing, and post-contract stages, supported by a strong command of QA/QC processes, documentation, and on-site coordination. With a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail, Laurent focuses on delivering well-resolved, buildable landscapes.
