Ray brings 25 years of international finance and operational leadership experience across complex, high-growth businesses. Throughout his career, he has worked with organisations undergoing expansion, transformation, and organisational change, helping build the financial and operational structures required to support long-term strategic growth.
At Kettle Collective, Ray works closely with the executive board and leadership teams across the practice as the business continues to grow internationally. His role focuses on strengthening the operational and financial foundations of the studio, supporting sustainable growth, improving organisational effectiveness, and ensuring the business is positioned for its next phase of development while maintaining the collaborative culture at the core of the practice.
Ray graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MA in Economics & Accounting before qualifying through ICAS while training with EY in Edinburgh. He has since held senior finance and CFO roles across international businesses, leading transformation initiatives, operational change, and cross-functional teams across a range of sectors and business models.
