2025

International architecture and design studio Kettle Collective has expanded its office size and grown its team in the Middle East from 10 to 40, which includes the two key strategic appointments of Ena Mujagic as Head of Interiors and Raquel Meireles as Head of Landscape. Their expertise strengthens the firm’s interior and landscape capabilities, reinforcing its commitment to delivering high-performance, sustainable designs across the region.

Ena Mujagic brings over a decade of experience in design consultancy and management. She previously held senior roles at Mustard & Linen and Imperium Group and played a key role at a leading Abu Dhabi developer, where she successfully led teams on large-scale projects. Her role at Kettle Collective is focused on fostering a highly creative interior design team, positioning the studio to compete with the top firms in the GCC.

Raquel Meireles, previously with Cracknell for over a decade, has 17 years of experience in landscape architecture of all scales, from large residential masterplans to individual luxury villas. Her work spans hospitality, waterfront, mixed-use, cultural, residential and public realm projects, further strengthening Kettle Collective’s approach to landscape-led masterplanning and sustainable design.

“The Middle East is an important region for us, and these appointments reflect our ongoing investment in top design talent,” said Colin Bone, Chief Executive of Kettle Collective. “Ena and Raquel bring outstanding expertise in their fields, and we look forward to seeing their impact on our projects in the region.”
