Arlo is set to be a Landmark Tower for the Dubai Creek Harbour Masterplan, with views across the water, and an extensive residential offering. With retail connecting to prominent pedestrian promenade, a selection of Townhouse units face onto the Creek, both slightly raised above the immediate pedestrian promenade, with an open connection for retail, and stepped privacy for the Townhouse patios.
