Celebrating 19 Promotions at Kettle Collective

We are excited to announce 19 promotions across our studios, recognising the commitment, creativity and talent of our team.
In our Interior Design group, Marta Grosoli has been promoted to Design Manager, Viktoriia Klafas has been promoted to Mid-Level Interior Designer, and Lottie Bone has moved from the marketing and bid team to join as a Junior Interior Designer in London.
Our operations and project leadership teams have also been strengthened, with Emma Kettle promoted to Senior Operations Manager and Sana Sumbul taking on the role of Senior Bid Manager.
Within the BIM and Technical Design team, Mohamed Alaa has been promoted to Technical Director, working between Dubai and Cairo, and Aya Ahmad has advanced to BIM Architect.
Shayda Alsharif has been promoted from Senior Architect to Associate, strengthening our wider architectural leadership.
In Edinburgh, Usama Al Kindi has been promoted to Senior Architect, while Innes Stewart steps up as Senior Architectural Designer. Our CGI team also grows in strength, with Ilaria Costa and Kieran Barton promoted to Senior CG Artists.
Across the Urban Design team, Dima Muti has been promoted to Senior Urban Designer, Meera Satheesh to Senior Architectural Designer, and Visakh Zachariah from Junior Urban Designer to Urban Designer.
Finally, in the Landscape group, Xinyi Li has been promoted to Senior Landscape Architect, and Priyanka Awatramani to Landscape Architect. In the graphics team, Antonia Lucas has advanced from Junior Graphic Designer to Graphic Designer.
