At Kettle Collective, we adhere to international BIM standards ISO19650. The philosophy behind Building Information Modeling (BIM) focuses on creating and managing digital representations of the physical and functional characteristics of buildings and infrastructure. This philosophy emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and lifecycle management.

BIM encompasses more than just 3D modeling; it integrates data, processes, and people to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability of construction projects. Led by BIM and Design Development Manager Mohamed Alaa. Mohamed and his team are implementing the international BIM standards to achieve better integration between design and BIM. This approach enhances the success of the design process, accelerates production, and reduces errors during the construction phase, all while aligning with principles of innovation, efficiency, sustainability, and collaboration.
